- Yakkas and succulents: Yes, we remove these native and drought-tolerant plants. Note: succulents can be heavy and may attract a weight surcharge.

Stump policy
We do remove stumps — but there is a size limit. We will NOT accept stumps larger than 30 cm in circumference. Please measure the widest circumference before booking.

3. We call ahead: Our team calls 20–30 minutes before arrival and reconfirms the estimate.
4. Removal: Our team loads all green waste, separates recyclables and sweeps the area clean.
5. Responsible disposal: Green waste is delivered to licensed composting and recycling facilities wherever possible.

- We do NOT remove hazardous waste (chemicals, gas bottles, asbestos). Contact us if you need guidance on safe disposal options.
- All quotes are estimates. Final charges are based on the truck space your items occupy — you only pay for the volume removed.
- Heavy or dense materials (succulents, large quantities of soil, pavers mixed into garden waste) may attract a weight surcharge, which will be advised in your written quote.

A: Plant-based garden material such as grass clippings, turf, hedge and shrub trimmings, vine cuttings, branches, small stumps (within our size limit), potting mix, garden beds, mulch, plant pots and common native plants (yakkas, succulents, eucalypt prunings, grevilleas, etc.).
A: Yes — we remove succulents and yakkas. Please note succulents can be heavy in volume and may attract a weight surcharge.

A: If green waste is mixed with household rubbish, renovation debris or construction materials, general pricing rules apply. Mixed loads that fall under our minimum pickup amount may be charged at a standard mixed-waste rate or advised in your quote.
